Scott Heath is a dedicated father, husband, friend, sports lover, and 20+ year resident of Bluff Park. He attended Union University in Jackson, TN, on full academic scholarship and earned his bachelor's degree in Mathematics. From Union University, Scott attended Beeson Divinity School in Birmingham and Mid America Baptist Theological Seminary In Memphis, where he completed his Masters of Divinity degree with academic honors. For 20+ years, Scott served in full-time vocational ministry as an ordained minister in several capacities, including Student Pastor and Executive Pastor. During his vocational ministry tenure, he served at Shades Mountain Baptist Church in Vestavia Hills for 17 years, Chairman of the Metro Youth Ministers Association, and Chaplain of the Vestavia Hills High School varsity football team (9 years).
Scott transitioned into real estate with the continued commitment to love God and love people, fueled by his desire to serve people and see the Birmingham area grow in beauty and family-friendliness. In 2021, Scott was recognized by ARC as a Top Producer, with $12+ million in real estate sales volume. In 2022, Scott was recognized by ARC as a "Premiere Level" Top Producer with $15 million in real estate sales volume. In 2023, Scott was recognized by ARC as a "Select Level" Top Producer with over $13 million in real estate volume. In 2024, Scott was once again recognized by ARC as a "Premiere Level" Top Producer with $16 million + in real estate sales volume. And most recently in 2025, Scott was recognized by ARC as an "Elite Level" Top Producer with $22 million + in real estate volume.
Aside from real estate, Scott is the husband of Paula Heath, who serves as the Volunteer & Outreach Coordinator at Unless U, a non-profit organization for adults with special needs. He and Paula have 3 sons - Elijah, a recent graduate from the University of Alabama and working in commercial real estate investing; Gabe, currently a student at the University of Alabama; Ben, currently a student at Hoover High School; and a daughter-dog Daisy, who is the most beloved family member! Scott also enjoys watching and playing sports, running, coaching, outdoors, podcasts, reading and traveling.
